Our main service is "design and drafting (Design)". We also have a network of qualified sub-contractors we work with regularly, and we can manage the project (Project Management) and inspect the work to make sure it is built exactly to the plans.

A normal shop may simply be decorated nicely. A Phygital Space also uses technology, such as LED screens linked to a Facebook campaign, tables with built-in wireless charging and an AR menu, or lighting that changes color with the time of day and customer behavior, to create a better experience.

Definitely. If the budget is tight, PHYGITAL AGENCY uses a "Highlight Spot" strategy: we focus the design and the budget on the most important spot in the shop (such as the shop front or the photo zone) for the biggest impact, without redoing everything.

Yes. Our team travels to work anywhere in Thailand, in Bangkok and other provinces, not only Chiang Mai or the North. Travel costs are always stated clearly in the quotation before work starts.

Yes. We design retail, café, restaurant and showroom spaces for owners from Thailand and abroad, and we build the design around how Thai customers move through, photograph and share a space.

We walk you through each design stage over video call and explain the drawings in English, so you can approve the layout, materials and budget without flying in for every meeting.

No. We do not design illegal extensions. If the space you rent cannot legally take a change, we tell you early and look for a design that works within the rules.
